QX Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with QX, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
* Exchange and refund requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
* Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags attached.
* Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability.
* Discounted and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
* If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
* Approved returns and exchanges are processed within 5 business days after inspection.
* Customers are responsible for exchange shipping fees unless the issue is due to an error on our side.
* Refunds, when approved, will be processed via Instapay, bank transfer, or mobile wallet.
* All exchange and refund requests must be submitted via email to quixotic.337@gmail.com.
* Shipping across Egypt typically takes 2–5 business days.
* Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been dispatched.
QX reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not comply with the above conditions
